MOSCOW, January 10 .RIA Novosti. Moscow is among the best cities in the world according to the international consulting company Resonance Consultancy.
In the annual best Cities ranking, the Russian capital took the fifth place.
London topped the list. New York, Paris, and Tokyo follow. Moscow beat in the ranking of cities such as Dubai, Singapore, Barcelona, Los Angeles, Rome.
The study analyzed several parameters — among them the climate, the level of security and urban infrastructure for recreation and entertainment, the popularity of the city in the Network. The list includes cities with a population of more than a million people.
